1. Get Trip
We need to ensure that we receive all trips from you.
What we need:
The GetTrip credentials
Name of the agency / company
Atriis corporateID / corporateNumber for DEMO corporates.
Ask atriis for the credentials
Subject: Request for GetTrip Credentials
Hi Support Team,
could you please provide the GetTrip credentials for the Pro version? These are needed to complete the integration process.

3. Co-Branding App
If you have ticked the optional “Co-Branding” in the contract, the following steps apply.

What we need:

4. Service Mail & (Co-Branding)
Service mails can be activated via opt-in, with the sender address and logo freely definable.
What we need for co-branding (optional):
High resolution logo
Imprint data of your company for e-mail footer
A sender name and a sender address for emails
SMTP Sending Config (username, server, pw) / or mailjet config (Mailbox is needed)
👤 The person(s) you designate as your main contact will receive admin access.
Their username will follow the format admin-X.XXXX, where X represents the first letter of the first name followed by a dot and the full last name (e.g. admin-j.doe).
They will receive an invitation email where they can set their own password to access the Portal.
5. Admin access & Portal
What we need:
Firstname, Lastname and e-mail address of the person(s) that needs admin access.
Make sure that you sign-in with your admin account NOT with your atriis account.
6. Demo setup
We offer a demo system with automatically generated data to provide a realistic showcase of the platform.
What we need:
Firstname, Lastname and e-mail address of the person(s) that needs demo access.
7. Marketing material
We have put together marketing material and screenshots that may be helpful.
