Service Mail
A non-promotional, opt-in email that provides relevant app information, is sent at controlled intervals, and directs customers to a guided app installation experience.
Service mails can be activated via opt-in, with the sender address and logo freely definable. If you have ordered the optional co-branding package, the service email will also be branded with your company name and logo.
The service email can be activated on a per-corporate basis, and we also have the option to exclude specific customers from receiving it if required.
Unsubscribe Option
Every email includes a clear unsubscribe option.
No Promotional Content
Promotional offers are excluded from service emails.
Corporate Client Exclusion
Individual corporate clients can be excluded upon request.
Controlled Sending Frequency
Service emails are sent no more than once every three months.
Booking-Based Suppression
Customers with an active or upcoming booking do not receive service emails.
App Installation Guidance
The service email links to a dedicated landing page with an installation guide for downloading the app.
Upcoming Trip Preview
The first element of the recipient’s upcoming trip is displayed within the service email.
Informational Purpose Only
The service email is strictly informational and not promotional.
OPTIONAL CO-BRANDING
If the co-branding package is selected, the service email will be fully aligned with your brand. This includes:
your company logo,
a customised sender name,
a dedicated sender email address using @yourcompany.com,
and a personalised email footer to ensure a consistent and professional brand experience.
